Meet the Team
Nick Liley
Co-Founder, Managing Partner
Nick brings more than 15 years' experience in residential and commercial real estate, finance, and residential and commercial construction. He began his career as a sales agent and land brokerage professional for an Atlanta home builder. In addition, he served as the V.P. of Real Estate for a major multi-family developer.
His attention to detail and planning expertise alleviates stress for the client, making it a process they can enjoy. He strives to create a unique relationship of trust and loyalty with each client.
Nick has a B.A. in Real Estate from The University of Georgia, and he holds a State of Georgia Residential Contractor's license and Real Estate Broker's license.
Nick resides in the Johns Creek community with his wife, Brooke. They have two boys, Landon and Luke. You can find him around town Saturdays at his sons' sporting events or in the fall cheering on the Bulldogs!
Eric Brostrom
Co-Founder, Managing Partner
With over 20 years of experience, Eric has the expertise to make any dream home a reality. He began his career renovating custom luxury homes in North Carolina. Since 2005, he has been building in the Atlanta area.
Eric has served in all areas through the construction process as a Contractor, Designer, and Project Manager. He eases the client through the process from the first day of surveying the lot to their first steps in their new home. Integrity, care, and loyalty comprise the very cornerstone of his work.
Eric lives in Woodstock with his wife, Christena, who is an Interior Designer for high-end residential and hospitality spaces. They have two young daughters, Charlotte and Elizabeth. He enjoys volunteering at North Point Community Church and spending time with family and friends.
Brooke Liley
Realtor
Brooke brings more than 20 years of experience in the residential housing industry, with a background spanning real estate, lending, new construction, client care, and marketing. Her extensive experience gives her a unique perspective on homes, from how they are built and renovated to how they are bought, sold, and enjoyed by the families who live in them.
As a licensed real estate agent with HomeSmart Realty, Brooke also helps clients buy and sell homes throughout North Atlanta. She especially enjoys working with friends, families, and referrals, providing a personal and knowledgeable approach to every transaction. Whether buying a first home, making a move, investing, or preparing a property to sell, Brooke combines her real estate experience with her knowledge of construction and the local market to help her clients make confident decisions.
At Renew Residential, Brooke focuses on the client experience, helping homeowners navigate the renovation and building process from the first ideas through the finishing touches. She loves taking a client’s vision and helping turn it into a home that feels more beautiful, functional, and personal. Her eye for design, attention to detail, and ability to keep communication flowing help make what can feel like an overwhelming process organized and enjoyable.
Relationships have always been at the heart of Brooke’s business. Whether she is helping a family find their next home, preparing a home for market, guiding a client through a renovation, or working alongside Nick and the Renew team on a new build, her goal is simple: make the experience personal, professional, and as seamless as possible.
A graduate of the University of Georgia with a B.A. in Speech Communications, Brooke is a Georgia native and lives in Johns Creek with her husband, Nick, and their two boys, Landon and Luke. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her on the sidelines cheering on her boys, playing tennis, working out, attending a concert or sporting event, or volunteering in the community.
