Why Choose Us
Attention to Detail
At Renew Residential Builders, we believe the smallest details often make the biggest difference. Every finish, fixture, material, and transition is considered as part of the larger vision for your home. We think carefully about how each space will look, feel, and function so the finished result feels cohesive and intentional. From early planning through the final walkthrough, we approach every decision with care and purpose. The result is a home that feels polished without feeling overdone, with thoughtful details that enhance both the beauty of the space and the way you experience it every day.
Meticulous Craftsmanship
Exceptional craftsmanship is at the heart of every Renew Residential Builders project. We focus on precision, quality, and consistency throughout the construction process, from preparation and material selection to installation and finishing. Clean lines, careful transitions, and well-executed details all contribute to the overall feel of a space. Our goal is to create homes that are not only beautiful when the project is complete, but also feel solid, refined, and built to stand the test of time.
Seamless Execution
Residential projects can involve many decisions, schedules, and moving parts. Our role is to make that process feel organized, clear, and manageable. Renew Residential Builders coordinates each phase with careful planning and oversight, moving projects forward smoothly from concept through completion. We prioritize communication so you understand what is happening and what comes next, reducing unnecessary stress and surprises. The goal is a straightforward experience that allows you to stay focused on the excitement of creating your home.
Tailored & Thoughtful Spaces
Every home should reflect the people who live in it. At Renew Residential Builders, we create spaces that balance beauty, functionality, comfort, and personal style. We begin by understanding how you use your home, what you want to improve, and how you want the finished space to feel. From layouts and storage to materials, finishes, and architectural details, each choice is made with your needs and the character of the home in mind. The result is a space that feels personal rather than generic—thoughtfully designed around your lifestyle and created to feel natural, comfortable, and uniquely yours.
What Our Clients Say
Nick was so easy to work with and delivered an excellent product. We loved our deck so much that we hired him to do an upstairs renovation the following year. The renovation included 2 bathrooms, enlarging an existing bathroom and creating a new closet as well as cosmetics (paint, carpet, tile, etc.)
I am pleased with the way that project turned out as well. I recommend Nick to friends all the time!
- Katie Gettmann
We are extremely happy with the renovation of our home. We had a total renovation of our kitchen and also a new playroom built in the room over our garage. Nick and Eric were a pleasure to work with—attentive to details, very responsive, keeping us informed throughout the process. The result is an amazing transformation of our home. We love our beautiful new kitchen, and our grandkids especially love the wonderful new playroom. Many thanks for a job well done!
- Anabelle Stutes
Finished our basement by adding a bedroom, bathroom, full bar, family room, and children's play area. The work was done on time, quality of work was terrific, and the final cost was exactly what they quoted. Additionally, their communication to us throughout the process was great.
I recommend them for any work needed on your home.
